Honoring First Responders With a 1% Auto Loan Discount

November 17th, 2025 - Westport Federal Credit Union wants to recognize and give back to those who serve our community. Starting Monday, November 17th, 2025, first responders that qualify for membership at WFCU can receive a 1.00% rate discount on an auto loan!
First responders include employed full-time or retired:
  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) which includes but is not limited to EMTs, EMRs, Paramedics, Dispatchers
  • Police Officers
  • Firefighters
Member must have worked within field for a minimum of 3 months. There is no minimum requirement of time as a member. New members automatically qualify if the qualifications are met.
To verify eligibility, we ask for your most recent pay stub, a valid ID / certificate, official letter of service, or retirement / pension documents.
