November 1st, 2025 - The holidays are quickly approaching, and Westport Federal Credit Union is happy to announce that we will once again be offering our annual Skip-A-Payment program through the month of November!

Members with qualifying loans* may skip their payment for either the month of December 2025 or January 2026 to free up some extra cash for holiday spending!

Just complete the form below and return applications to our main office or by email to srodrigues@westport.org with the subject line Skip-A-Payment. Applications must be submitted by November 30th, 2025 for consideration.

*By submitting an application for the Skip-A-Payment program, members authorize Westport Federal Credit Union to extend their financial loan payment by 1 month. The $35 processing fee per loan will be automatically deducted from your Share Account. Interest will continue to accumulate on your loan during the month that you skip your payment. If your loan payment is made via Payroll Deduction, the total monthly payment will be credited to your Share Savings account in the month following the month that you elected to skip. Each member is allowed to skip a monthly payment up to a maximum of three times per the life of a loan. All loan payments must be current for 6 prior to qualify, and the life of the loan must be 1 year or older. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for us to process your request. Thank you.
