At Westport Federal Credit Union, we have made the wellbeing of our members and staff our top priority and are doing all we can to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 virus. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

For the time being, we are continuing to conduct business as normal.

We are, however, strongly encouraging members to use the drive-thru and only come inside the Main Office for necessary transactions. We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our members, employees and communities. Please be mindful and do not come inside if you are sick.

If you do not feel well, or choose not to visit, we encourage you to use our convenient mobile services when possible. These services include EZ Banking through our website or your mobile app which includes Mobile Deposit, Online Account Opening  and Online Loan Applications. These services allow you to perform most of your daily banking needs from the comfort of your home or office.

While our Main Office undergoes regular deep cleanings and sanitization, please exercise care when visiting us in person. For your convenience, hand sanitizer is available in our lobby areas. We are working with our staff and are encouraging those that feel sick to stay home. All staff are required to sanitize their workstations and practice good hygiene daily.
